We closed on our house just a few days ago. David priced the house correctly because we had an offer fall through and he had others lined up right behind. He was able to get some repairs done at the very last minute which means he has people he knows in the area who will help him in a pinch. He also had a very nice assistant, Lisa, who was always able to answer my questions or refer them to David. I would definitely recommend David and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Tahoe area.
