This would mean that offers of compensation could not be communicated via an MLS, but they could continue to be an option consumers could pursue off-MLS through negotiation and consultation with real estate professionals.

If you are local, we can always see it in person. The Tahoe market is highly competitive, so be ready, prepared, and proactive.
- What are favorable terms are you willing to include in your offer? Due to the volume of refinances and new home purchases, appraisals are delayed. Offers are stronger without appraisal contingencies. Consider where your comfort zone begins and ends.
- What Inspections matter to you? Inspectors are the most important step in purchasing your home. We will work with you and schedule inspections on your behalf from our trusted list of vendors.
