As a fourth generation Reno native, being local and knowing local is always an advantage in real estate. Reno Tahoe has been Blake’s home for thirty-eight years giving him knowledge of the area while keeping clients well informed in the marketplace. Blake has accumulated his eight years of real estate experience not only in the resale side of the industry, but the builder side as well. He spent multiple years working for one of the largest, privately owned builders in the country closing over $50M worth of homes in his tenure. The repetitious behavior of closing numerous homes each year has made his diligence in contract, lending guidance, and escrow/title experience vast.
Community involved, Blake sits as Trustee on the Board of a local non-profit, Urban Roots. He is a business graduate from the University of Nevada Reno and an alumni at Bishop Manogue High School. Blake is well immersed in the local lifestyle that Reno Tahoe offers and can help make your relocation efforts seamless.
