I hope you are enjoying the changing of our seasons and this beautiful time of year. Like so many things in today’s world, it always seems like change is ever constant in our lives now. COVID has bestowed such an impact on our world, I believe we are all settling from it, and many of us are simply happy to get back to normal life again.
The real estate market seems to be a sentiment of that normality again. It feels as though we went from “zero to hero” and now it seems like we are easing back to “zero” as the Fed’s reel back our economy and tame the inflation we are seeing today. But rest assured, just like the cycle of our seasons, real estate cycles are never ending as people always have a reason for change, and more importantly a reason or necessity to move.
