Looking forward to 2022, we can look back and reflect on all that we accomplished this past year. 2021 had some record snow weather and real estate sales here in Lake Tahoe. After reviewing the most recent market update data, Gemme Group closed over $51 million in residential real estate sales and setting the two of the highest sale in Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw Valley.)
