2020 Ski Resort Report

Fresh off the press! Our 2020 Resort Report. I am always amazed that our resorts sell at a fraction of the rest of the ski resorts throughout the nation. I believe one of the distinguishing factors, is that the “Prize Real Estate” in Lake Tahoe also surrounds the Lake and is not considered resort real estate because one has to drive to the resorts from their lakefronts etc. Oddly enough if we were to incorporate some of our larger sales last year (Zuckerberg’s $52 million) we are right in there if not in the top slots. Another interesting thing to note, is this report does not include Martis Camp (Medium Home Value of $5.1M in 2019).
